The pitcher of margaritas was tiny, and the nachoes were the worst I've ever had. The chips were plain and all the toppings were mixed together in a bowl on the side. The entrees were passable, but not nearly as good as the Mexican food we are used to in Canada. I do not recommend this place.

Food was lovely as always. Service was good and reasonably quick. Noting that we were a bit disappointed to hear that the plato de la casa isnt available in summer. It is a group favourite of ours and a great way to try lots of different things on the menu without over eating. We look forward to seeing it back on the menu.

We visited Barrio Brothers at the Mount on a Wednesday for their half price mains. We ordered the beef burritos and a couple of tacos, and both arrived quickly and was well presented. Our server, Noella, was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We did notice that some of the other staff didn’t seem quite as friendly, but Noella’s excellent service really stood out and made our experience much more enjoyable.

Im going to start off by saying, we almost walked out after being seated.... if not for the redemption of one particular staff member. Walked in at 6:28pm on a Wednesday night. Did not have a reservation, so we asked for a table for 2 plus a pram. Met by a woman with a foreign accent and a poor attitude. We were seated in a booth by the window and I asked to confirm the prices would be 50% off mains as stated in the menu? The woman looked at her watch and said, "no". I showed her my watch, showing the Vodafone time of 6:29pm" She said, "only if you ordered a minute ago.... now it's full price". I said, the special states '50% if seated between 4:30pm - 6:30pm'." She said. "Does it? Well in that case" and she walked off in a stink. Next person who approached us was Noella who was a lovely young kiwi woman. She was extremely pleasant, so I asked about the special. Noella explained what was included on the menu and even gave us some recommendations on what she enjoyed and what others order. Ended up ordering the pork tacos, chicken tacos, beef burito and a pitcher of the pink sangria. Food was pretty tasty, specifically the burito and pork tacos and the sangria very easy to drink. Had it not been for Noella and her positive demeanour, we likely would have walked out the door and eaten at the neighbouring Mexican restaurant with a slightly higher google rating. All it takes is one negative staff member to ruin your experience. It wasn't that she didnt want to honor the special, it was more the lack of professionalism and attitude in explaining why.

This was our second time coming here. The service is next level friendly!! The pink sangria the lady recommended was absolutely stunning! We ordered two lots of calamari this time because last time we loooved it. This time however there was a bit of a spice to it. The lady said it was a seasoning salt they put on so next time I’ll just ask for it without that! Lamb tacos were incredible! I ordered nachos & they were a bit too spicy so probably wouldn’t reorder that dish. My sister got the cali burrito & said it was yum!! I just love how their fruit juices are literally real fruit!! Will definitely be back my 4yr old is obsessed!

Food was decent, a little pricey for what you get. I enjoyed my nachos and ordered w/o jalapeños. They also cater for coeliac disease. (Tacos). Though they are expensive and leave you hungry. $10 sangria jug day deal is great.

I ordered the guacamole and the honey + jalapeño chicken burrito. I have been dreaming of this burrito since. Will 100% be back. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend

So so yummy. Food was devine, service was exceptional and the bar tender was on fire. She was flat out but produced the most incredible works of art. Watching her work and create incredible drinks was the highlight. Gutted I didn't get her name. Would highly recommend and definitely be going back.

Great meal, excellent atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. Wasn't sure what to expect from the outside but there are so many interesting things on the menu to try. Glad we came in!
