   We could not have picked a better hotel for our late arrival into Christchurch! We walked out of the airport terminal and it took 2-3 minutes to walk to the hotel. Although it was after midnight, a very personable customer service rep checked us in quickly. We were thrilled with the clean and modern hotel room with three twin comfortable beds for our family. Even better, our rental car company was located next door and we were able to walk to get our car the next morning. Highly recommend this airport location!

   Novotel hotel looked after us really well when nearing the end of our honeymoon. They were super kind with their service, provided us with a free room upgrade and covering our parking. It's a fantastic location for early flights which we had and their breakfast buffet was top lotch. Was very happy staying there and would happily do it again. Thank you for a great experience!

   So we arrived early to drop off luggage prior to dropping off our campervan and our room was ready and we were chucked in. This enabled us to get our luggage up to the room quickly and then off. We had pulled up right outside and the receptionist told us not to worry about moving it quickly and had 15 minutes grace to sort the bags out. We have a lot of luggage as we are doing a complex multi country holiday. They also provided us with an airport trolley outside our room to get to the airport for 0400. The room was the best I have stayed in for a Novotel hotel. Staff were so helpful. Can thoroughly recommend and definitely look to use again if back in that part of the world.

   Great location for an airport hotel and surprisingly great food great view and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this as a hotel to stay before or after your flight. Beds were very comfortable and spacious rooms with good showers. Buffet breakfast is a must with great selections and as a platinum member we were given barista coffee. Unfortunately there wasn’t an executive lounge for us but still a great hotel.

   Check in was difficult. The young girl didn't know what she was doing. Our bill got completely mixed up and it took the duty manager the next day to sort it all out. The room was amazing. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay again.

   Wow seriously impressed with two single night stays here that book ended my South Island holiday. Rooms clean and comfortable easy checkin and well priced. Restaurant is great with a view over the runway and snow capped mountains. In terms of airport hotels you can’t get much better.

   I didn’t have high hopes for yet another airport hotel but Novotel Christchurch blew it out of the water for me. The fantastic location, the almost brand new rooms and well equipped gym aside- it was the friendliness of the staff that sets this apart for me. Shout out to Quentin at the concierge and Darren at front desk who was unfailingly helpful.

   One of the better airport hotels around the world. Clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities along with a good view. Highlight of this hotel would be the location ( about 50m from the terminal and spitfire square with lot of eateries) and ofcourse the fantastic breakfast layout on the top floor with choicest of food options at just a nominal extra cost.

   I recently stayed at the Novotel Christchurch Airport and I was very impressed. The hotel is conveniently located outside the international and domestic terminals of Christchurch Airport, making it easy to get to and from the airport. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-appointed with floor to ceiling glass windows providing sweeping views of the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I had. The 24-hour fitness center was a great bonus too! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Christchurch. 5 stars!
