   Love going here with the kiddos. There is a scooter space where helmets and scooters are provided. Food and drinks a bit pricey so make sure to eat beforehand. Well paded and also a foam pit (favourite part).

   As you would expect the place is very minimal. The receptionist was nice but the rest of the staff do need to be more approachable. Nothing bad but standing around with a long face doesn't make for a friendly place. However I would recommend going to burn off some energy.

   We have recently had our daughter’s 5th birthday at Launch Pad and it was fantastic! Having access to a child friendly space for the duration, being able to bring in your own food and drinks made it nice and easy. We were very pleased with the set up and ease for the party! They take care of the clean up as well!

   Had my son’s 1st birthday here tonight and everything was perfect. Manager Debbie was so friendly and accomodating for months / weeks leading up and any request that couldn’t be fulfilled due to health & safety she kindly suggested great alternatives. Tyler and Jordan were staffed on at the time and did an absolutely amazing job as we were quite a large party I could imagine it must have been stressful for them but they handled everything amazing. Impossible to fault this team. Thank you guys for such a great night for my son! We will treasure this night with family and friends always!

   Pretty good trampoline park that also has scooters/Helmets and ramps if your child gets a little over the jumping (like my kids do). Pretty roomy seated areas and cafe for parents/caregivers. You can have parties there. Only con (like most well used or older trampoline parks) is the tramps aren't overly springy. Still fun but I think places really need to keep up with trampoline maintenence . Easy parking, close to the mall. All round not too bad.

   My grandson just lives at Launchpad. He loves it, he has ADHD, ASD so has to be busy All day, If I could afford it he'd be there all day everyday. And the staff are lovely to him.. Thank you Launchpad.. :-)

   We normally go to Mega Air in hornby but today we went to a 4 year old's birthday party here. So much nicer! Love the bright colours and light. The trampolines are better sized for younger children and there's also a skate ramp area for scooters and bikes which are provided. The foam pit is much better here for preschoolers too. Party area was adequate but think it would be overly crowded if all 6 tables were full with parents milling around as there's not much seating for the parents. Note: grip socks are mandatory!
