   Wanting to connect a second water tank to my water pump so I headed off to see the team at Chesters. Being a mechanic by trade and not a plumber I didn't know all the correct terminology for what I required. The staff were excellent, mapped out what I required from my explanation. Provided everything I require with a few helpful suggestions. Great service, from a staff member with a great helpful attitude. Give that man a pay rise. Appreciated, thanks !!

   Tyla at Chesters was incredibly friendly and helpful, helping me with my low pressure shower problem, recommended an amazing handpiece, I also bought the mixer but after installing the handpiece, with fantastic results, the plumber, recommended by Tyla, told me the mixer would make negligible noticeable difference and she allowed me to return it. What great service for such a small customer :)
