   My Husband and I came in to pick up some dinner last night around 7.15 pm and the service we received was amazing. Despite being very busy the young team on the shift held it together perfectly, meanwhile still maintaining fast and friendly service. It's so nice to see the way the staff at this branch are able to handle stressful situations and still smile and laugh with each other while ensuring no customer is left feeling unwelcome. The food was delicious! I hope this feedback can be passed onto the staff working this shift!

   I visited this BurgerFuel on December 12th at around 7:05 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I waited 50 minutes for my food, and even though I asked the staff twice about my order, they gave me no clear response and kept smirking, which felt extremely disrespectful. What upset me the most was seeing more than five people who arrived after me get their food first. It genuinely felt like unfair or discriminatory treatment. The fries were cold, and the chicken tenders and burger were only lukewarm. I will be filing a formal complaint to the head office myself, so please be prepared — especially the female staff member wearing the purple headband.

   Came in on a Monday night around 5.15pm. Two lovely hard working girls on and very clearly under the pump and under staffed. Both girls were absolutely pumping out the meals, working so well with one another given the high stress environment. Lovely manners and so polite. Whoever owns this franchise needs to give both girls a well deserved thank you and bonus! Food also amazing as per usual.

   My first time at Burger Fuel wasn’t the best experience. I ordered the Bacon BBQ Roadster burger, and while waiting for my food, I noticed that the cashier, in addition to receiving and handing out orders, was also answering the phone, frying the chips, changing the rubbish bags, and cleaning the tables. While it’s understandable that staff may have to multitask, I find the potential for cross-contamination with food quite concerning. I commend the worker and the cook who were doing the best they could, but the management of the branch should really consider hiring more staff and paying attention to these details, as they could lead to more serious consequences. This happened on a Saturday around 10 p.m., and not even with the place being full.

   I love burger fuel burgers, but the quality of fries and of a burger I got today were "not the best". Fries was overcooked, and the burger has not been salted/ bun was crashing/ the meat was not best. I reckon this particular branch to be checked on the quality of products.
