I highly recommend this place. There staff Isabella is very helpful, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile in customer care and service. This definitely the place to go to for any electronic needs with helpful, knowledgeable staff.
Don't ask staff for advice just pull your phone out and as your AI friend app built into you phone. The advice from the AI would be more reliable.
Just watch out, I found out the hard way that they won't consider replacing/refunding/repair on faulty items outside 12 months.

Found that speaker I really wanted. The sales person was very nice and friendly. It was pleasant to discuss different speakers and technical stuff
Great service, good selection, however quite a markup - though of course it pays for the overheads which is very much worth it in my opinion
Had potentially the worst customer service encounter of my life here last week - with the Manager of all people. Seems to be seriously lacking people and communication skills. I'd gone in to make a return which was refused but couldn't care less about that now. I'd rather not have the return than have to deal with Jaycar again. I used to shop here several times a year but I'll never be back.
It was good but the thing that I wanted didn't go, and I have to go to someone that will install it. But besides that it's a great shop and the staff are nice and friendly, plenty of parking. Go check them out
