Good range of products, very fast shipping, plus, the cute gummy bears enclosed with my order and the lovely massage made my day : ). The online product search function could still be improved a bit though. Anyway, it's a super happy shopping experience.

I have been a good customer and purchased a lot of expensive products from Kid Republic. On the 28th Sept 2021 I purchased a Baby Bijorn potty in Grey, these retail for $84.95 and are on the higher end when it comes to potties and money. I waited weeks for the arrival of this potty and upon opening the box found the potty was in less than ideal condition. I had a red mark (that won't rub off), scratch marks all over it and it was visibly dirty. I contacted the store immediately upon receiving and was told that the owner Claudine" had packed the potty herself and didn't think it was bad and that the mark should rub off. I was then told to post it back for a full refund. So at this point I have a potty that looks secondhand and the owner of the store expects me to pay out of pocket to post a potty back to her for nothing more than a refund, not to mention we are in a pandemic I have a baby, I will have to go out, pay for gas, a box and postage which won't be reimbursed or acknowledged. She has made no effort to contact me personally. I know it is just a potty. But it is the principle. You should look after your customers and maintain a high standard in both the products you sell and the way in which you conduct business with customers. I am very unhappy and want others to know what they can, or can't expect for that matter form the owner of Kid Republic. They let me down. I said I was happy to take a partial refund and keep the potty in the condition I received it in. If you pay for brand new, then that is what you should receive. 11 May - Updated to 5 star as Melissa got in contact with me and allowed me to return the item I had originally purchased, hassle free. Really happy with an item I purchased online - also received a bonus discount of 20% this company have competitive pricing too, compared to others who stock the same item!! 6th May - 1 star for zero communication, no response to email despite their policy saying to email them, no response on their Facebook message.
