Wanted to charge me $18.50 instead of $12.08 for the beef mince that was advertised online, on shelf, and in-store audio twice while I was there at $14.90 per kilo 3 day special. Asked for a re-price sticker. "OH there's Noone in butchery now" I had to work out the correct price for check out

Staff are awesome and it gets quite busy, but for one of the smaller Woolies it stocks what is required and and is very clean.

When I shop online late in the morning for pick up and the choice is only an afternoon time, they still are on to it and it’s always ready early. This is such great service. When I go in store my child loves the free fruit. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Only small issue I have is no fresh cream cakes and it’s hard to get sponges.

Your only option to shop groceries in Brighton/Beach side. Great staff, one time saved me from a guy while at self checkout who was being rude for no reason of mine. The staff clearly and mannerly told him off, many thanks to the lady. Tidy inside, if only they could focus on outside cleanliness it would be great.

Multi-million dollar company, but they can't spend $50 dollars on landscaping. Their parking lot looks like something out of a apocalypse movie. Waitomo across the street is an good example of what our community needs from company's like these.- good pricing and uplifting landscaping.

One star is one too many. Appalling customer service at the checkouts with large queues and very poorly trained check out staff. Ergonomic handling and a sense of urgency has not been taught to the staff with each item picked up twice, scanned once, then 3 steps to the bag which is not hung in its holder by the till but far away, then 3 steps back to handle the next item twice before scanning. All done at a pedestrian pace. Come on Countdown. Train your staff instead of leaving them to take the heat from angry customers.

Small, which is nice, however minimal selection and very overpriced. Often lines take a while to get through checkout. Have stopped going unless I need one of two things as Pak n Save Wainoni is much cheaper.

I felt so sad for the staff there as we all witnessed a lady shoplift and walk through the checkouts as if nothing is wrong with a duffle bag full of groceries no hesitation towards staff and walked out. It's crazy to think there's nothing you can do to stop them unless you put yourself at risk or assault charges, what can be done about it?

This has been a local for years and as it is the only supermarket in the area its dissopointing. Lately I've noticed the price hikes are huge! The shelves are quite bare and the selection limited. Staff are nice and helpfull but I prefer to travel further away for a better selection. Such a shame.
