   Anzac Day, 25th of April, Thursday night, I went to Riccarton Liquorland. The gentleman working there did not serve me because he thought my Kiwi Access Card was fake, as it looked different from the one on the website. I purchased the Kiwi Access Card in 2019 from the website, and of course, I had made a few minor changes on the ID on the website. It was around 9:30. I have never had any issues with my Kiwi Access Card, at least not at Liquorland Carlton or Liquorland Bishopdale. They have very nice customer service skills, and I have never had any issues with them. The gentleman at Riccarton Liquorland mentioned that students often have fake identification, and he compared me to them. I found it quite offensive. I have never encountered this issue before. I am going to file a formal complaint.

   This place is literally the best. The staff are always so helpful and recognise me, so I don’t need to show my student ID for the discount, which is super helpful! Staff are very knowledgeable, and prices are good, on god ✨

   They advertised stock online. I did click and collect. When I went all the way out there. They did not have the item in stock. I had to choose an alternative. Not good service at all.

   Liquorland Riccarton is a reasonably priced liquor store. I was very impressed with a staff member who came up to me and asked what I wanted and pointed out some good choices. The assistance was appreciated. They have a great selection of all sorts of wines, spirits and beers. With a big car park it was easy as to pull in, park up and get what I was looking to buy. For a quick easy visit drop in and see these guys, because for me it was very convenient.
