   I was very disappointed today I've been there several times.. but today I got declined service as I had my 5 year granddaughter with me... they asked me if she was my daughter I said no granddaughter they said after are you with her parents I said no.. they said we can't serve you as you not her parent... I walked out pissed off.. would they rather me leave her in car by herself... and I wouldn't be buying alcohol for a 5 year old would I... so mad....

   Sorry but i have nothing good to say,during the first week( Saturday) of level 4 covid i done a online beer order and as i am new to this i wasn't sure when they said i was required to supply I.D.As im elderly i had to get help from my daughter but I.D was supplied via email later in the day. I email the next day to ask if my order and i.d was all ok >No reply was received i was a old person not worth there time I am writing this 8 days later on a Sunday......guess what still no delivery and NO nothing in replies to my emails so Super Liquor you will never ever see me again and i will be telling everybody in Oxford how utterly worthless you are u get a minus 10 rating
