It was fun taking the foot scan to get the right pair of shoes. This pair is way better for running than my old shoes, I already went for a run.
Popped into the store this afternoon and spoke to Shannon(?). She was beyond awesome. My first time buying proper running shoes, she knew her stuff, brought out many options, told me the different features, while not being super pushy etc a perfect sales person and amazing attitude. While at the same time helping the 3 + other customers who had walked in. Absolutely fantastic, will be coming back again in the future and I’ve walked away very happy with my new shoes. Can’t wait to get to running.
Had a great experience when I went in for new running shoes. There were a couple of people that the staff member, Trinity, was helping when I arrived, but she made sure to address me and let me know that she'd be right over to help with a foot scan. The foot scan process was simple and quick! Trinity was extremely helpful in explaining the outcome of my scan and recommending different styles of shoes. She brought out multiple pairs and sizes for me to try on and was patient while I decided. Thank you, Trinity, for your help! I'll definitely be back when I need another pair.
Bought my shoe on the 12/07/2025,. She brought me 12 but Iask for 12.5. She went to the back and brought another Shoe..I ask if its same shoe because it looks the same size.. I didnt even confirm the size because I trust she would be honest to bring the size that I ask. Eventough size 12 is ok I always ask 12.5 because of syndactlty on my left foot. I do not appreciate being treated like FOOL..
The staff were polite and helpful but as I was looking for shoes for my 91yr old father they had nothing in a slip on shoe to suit him so that was disappointing, they don't stock alot of slip on shoes

If I could give zero star. I would do so. I came here around 4pm last Friday to buy some shoes. But when I come in the store, lady in the blue shirt(the staff) DID NOT acknowledge me if I need something. Because she is too busy talking with the other guy telling her life STORIES. They have good shoes but with staff like this, I will buy shoes somewhere else.
Melanie M served me this afternoon! She was super helpful and polite. I had been to 4 other shoe stores before going in here but out of all the stores Athletes foot was the only one who came and asked if I needed help, gave me advice and measured sizing for me. I probably wouldn't of actually purchased anything today had it not have been for Melanie's help and im very happy with the choice we came to. Thank you!
