Wonderful experience. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The technology they have and use in the shop to ensure you get the best fitting shoe is fantastic. Always walk away feeling confident in my footwear purchase. They do have a 30-day return guarantee - if after purchasing and wearing the shoe its not right you can return it, I have never needed to use this, but the option adds to the great service.
Seriously...What an awesome experience! I had Tim help me to find a new pair of running shoes and it was such a good experience from the moment I walked through the door. I've left feeling super excited to take them for their first run tomorrow and confident that I have support incase they end up not being my 'Cinderella's glass slipper' - something which is very important after a terrible experience at one of the Athletes Foot stores. Highly recommend coming to the Shoe Clinic - they know their stuff and are super friendly - you won't be left feeling like just another sale to them! :)
I had my first visit to the Shoe Clinic today after being referred by my podiatrist. Wow, what an excellent experience from start to finish. Tim was absolutely incredible on all levels and I couldn't fault him on anything. I had a lot of issues to be considered and nothing was too much trouble for him. He's knowledgeable and friendly and I'd highly recommend this store to anyone.

Friendly staff, Always offer good advice on shoes, I like all forms of running but recently got a pair of new trail shoes and very happy.
A really great store. Super friendly and helpful. Also have an awesome training group which is hosted on a Wednesday evening.
Got some great advice for trail shoes, didn't have my size for the shoe I wanted, but had it bought into the store in two days, fitted beautifully. Worn them twice now and they are just perfect. Highly recommend the store.
