   I ordered a gluten free wrap and I always tell the staff their to change their gloves which they do but then they attend other customers and come back to my order and they have been touching wheat and they dont change their gloves they even know that but they ignore it and think I haven’t noticed. If someone orders something gluten free it’s for a reason. I have celiac disease where i cannot have any wheat or gluten or anything cross contaminated and I even let the staff know about it, but seem to not care at all. It’s happened to me multiple times and I’m not happy about it

She was extremely generous and attentive, calmly explaining each option of fillings, cheeses, salads and sauces. Since I am a foreigner and do not speak English fluently, she was very patient in helping me understand each possible combination.    The best subway in Tauranga. I only leave reviews exclusively of subways as I have had the same order for 10+ years and can give an honest review. The lady was absolutely lovely, got all right and made sure to double check and repeat my order to me. The whole restaurant was spotless, despite there just being a rush as was around 1pm. The wrapping was tidy, there was minimal sauce spillage considering how much she managed to pack into my sub. For reference. 6 inch meatball, white bread, fresh, all salads and 2 sauces. She put more than enough of all and still managed to keep it clean which is better than 99% of other subways in NZ. It was $9.60, a tad expensive but worth it for the experience and quality that you just don’t find in subways anymore. Will be coming back.

   Came with my family to dine in, two staff members at the counter were just staring at us, without any pleasantries. They need a lot more training if they'd like to work in hospitality.
