Brought pair of shoes here, heel came off with one week and leather was splitting. Took them straight back was advised no refunds, shoes were sent to get fully repaired heel and leather. Heel was glued but not very well and came apart again within a week and repaired myself as the shop was not interested in repairing or replacing the shoes. The splitting leather was not repaired. Both shoes have had the heels come completely come apart. I used to purchase all of my work attire from this shop but seeing as the service and the fact these shoes didn't last a month from purchase to going in the rubbish bin I will not ever make a purchase here here again and will take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same. .
