   Probably the best store for high-quality clothes in Chartwell Mall, but unfortunately, the service is not the best. The staff is not very friendly, which makes the store's atmosphere unwelcoming.

   I would not return to this store I had a dress that I needed exanged or returned what ever it was best for the store to do in this situation because I didn’t have the receipt, The store manager rung me on the phone to explain rudely that I can’t find a solution, she was rude and unprofessional for 15 min she repeated herself how policy of FN no return after 14 days so tough luck , I used to shop when this store was at te awa but I would never set foot in this store again .rude manager

   I hadn’t been in since it opened, and won’t be returning. Two young shop assistants gossiped together the entire time (Sunday afternoon today) and ignored all customers. When clothes were being tried on they showed no interest either, and continued to gossip. We spent $400 at country road, after. Two stars because they had some good stock, would be 0 stars for service.
