   Firstly I will be contacting head Office. Today the 25th of June we Went in for a return of product regarding a recall on children’s Marino items from size 18 months upwards. My child is 13 months and walking, but the store manager wasn’t willing to budge from her recall notice, despite my daughter who’s 13 months and walking. Because she’s not a toddler apparently, she said her concern was toddlers 18 months upwards are at more risk of catching fire. .my toddler still walks and holds onto the walls and couches Like LADY have a little common sense. . I’m a concerned parent and the recall scares me. The store managers attitude was a zero as was her customer skills. She hardly even knew the actual recall script, sadly I’m unable to give a zero. So a one star it is, just to get this review done.

   Very cramped small shop..the base one is much better. Slow service today one lady on wen we went in. Wanted to return pants toke awhile. And tried to say I already returned them. And then finally figured out what was going on

   Good location inside Chartwell Square on the ground floor. There is only 2 changing rooms so be prepared to wait if it's busy. The shop is quite crowded with racks and displays but overall they have a good selection. Staff usually very friendly although had to make a complaint the other day to head office as after returning an item I overheard the staff member complaining about me and talking about me in a disrespectful way which was not appropriate!
