   We had lunch here on Saturday (see photo) and was disappointed with the preparation of the sushi rice. The assortment of sushi looks great and the seafood toppings were fresh. However, the big let down was in the rice. The rice was not properly cooked, they are dry and not compacted well. They just fell apart into individual rice grains when you pick them up with chopsticks. The sushi rice is the main component! Just wonder whether the stuff had proper training on how to prepare sushi rice?? I will not go back to this place.

   I usually grab sushi here, but one of the staff recommended this dish from the TV menu and man, it was spot on. The fried rice had the right amount of seasoning, the cream cheese sauce and fluffy egg were a great combo, and the chicken katsu on top was super crunchy. Couldn’t stop eating, finished the whole thing in 5 minutes. Definitely worth it. I’ll be trying more dishes for sure. Best thing is, there’s such a big menu that I’ll never get bored coming here on my smoko.

   I had a very delicious Teriyaki chicken don at Hello Sushi this evening. The chicken was tender, the sauce was rich and flavorful. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

   Did a phone order and picked up. Got two dishes and they didn’t look like the pictures on the website and drowned in thick sauce. Yuk. No vegetables in the noodles. $48.00 how disappointing. Shame we will look elsewhere.

   The food here is incredible! Huge shout-out to Chef Steffan — you can really taste the passion and skill in every dish. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. If you haven’t been to Hello Sushi at Bethlehem yet, you’re seriously missing out. Highly recommend!

   Excellent meal tonight. Server was polite and helpful. Dumplings were amazing! I had the spicy pork udon and it was a large portion, fresh and tasty. Not too spicy either. Good selection at this place. Five star!

   This used to be one of our favourite places to get sushi but when we went there today the rice was hard and dry so it didn’t taste fresh. There was minimal fillings therefore not a lot of taste. No wasabi was with the sushi so we had to ask for it which she grimly gave us one packet from behind the counter and didn’t ask us if we wanted more than one. We asked for two large miso soups and received short black sized cups which leaked all over us. Looks like they are cutting corners and have lost us as customers.

   Very busy Japanese restaurant for a Monday night. Great selection of fresh ingredients, and the staff knew about gluten free ingredients and options. My wife got a katsui chicken on rice while I got a gf surimi poke bowl. Both looked amazing. The poke bowl tasted amazing.
