   Just wanted to say went into Jay Jays and Paige Was very helpful on the counter and is always pleasant as The person I am usually with is special needs and is usually asking often how much is this or this but Paige is unfazed by this and always responds cheerfully and makes the visit great with her no pressure no fuss attitude.    Rude service! All staff chatting to each other when I came in to buy some socks. No greeting or can I help you so I proceeded to look at socks from the side of the counter where I could view and access. No help or contact. Then when I went to pay for them I was told that I should not have gone behind the counter as there was private documents there! A bit late for that! Well maybe that’s where she should have placed herself doing her job!!??? Your loss of business. Reflect on your own service before telling off customers would be my advice.
