   The staff here are absolutely immaculate – so kind and super helpful. As a Māori, it can sometimes feel like you’re being judged, but I felt nothing but welcome. They gave me great feedback on the product and even offered helpful tips on which clothing suits different types of exercise. Their manaaki (care) truly made my whole day so much better.

   I’m unsure of the names of the team members but one lady with really curly hair and a younger girl with also curly hair. They were so incredibly helpful to my mom in store and helped her choose clothing she would’ve never chosen herself. They were both so lovely and talkative AND helpful. One of the best experiences we’ve had at a store in a while.

   Had an unfortunate experience at this location. I went in to buy a specific pair of flared leggings, when I asked the associate for the next size up she started excitedly telling me I didn’t need the next size up and then proceeded to make a plethora of comments about how thin and skinny I was etc which made me incredibly uncomfortable to the point where I just purchased them and left as I was getting pretty upset at comments made about my body and just wanted to get out of there. Now the leggings are pretty uncomfortable to wear as they are too small and I never felt comfortable enough to go back in for an exchange or a return.

   Story: Made a purchase online. Didn’t fit quite right, so I went to local store to return it a few days later. Was denied a refund (store policy), got given a gift card instead. Went to shop sale a few months later, the gift card didn’t work. Couldn’t reach customer services, as they don’t cover NZ store opening hours, so had to pay for all. Customer Care then reinstated my gift card, but denied me the cash refund, even considering the circumstances. At the end: An absolute waste of time and energy! Would expect better from an expensive store like this. Mistakes happen, but a cash refund instead of store credit would have been a satisfactory ending to somewhat make up for the inconvenience. Still lured into spending more money with store credit. Might just chuck it and never set foot in this store again… good time to try Lululemon

   I had such a great experience in this store. I had a pair of leggings that were torn and I wanted to exchange. Maia was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She listened to me and even suggested a running club I should check out after I had mentioned I was getting into running. Maia is a real asset to Lorna Jane Hamilton

She has this heart led talent at fostering body positivity by truly listening and then matching a customer with the right product to make them look and feel amazing.    First off, Yay for a Hamilton store, finally! I headed into the Chartwell store last night for another pair of Amy Winter Thermal leggings (the best leggings, please bring them out in more colours) and the LOVELY Olivia served me!! She was kind, talkative, extremely helpful and just lit up the whole store!! Get it Queen! I will definitely coming back! ❤️

   I went to Lorna Jane tonight at Chartwell and got some amazing service from Samantha. I had been to several other stores and she was the only attendant that went out of her way to serve me and help me find what I needed. Give that girl a raise! Shopping for exercise wear is already daunting enough as it is so getting some reassurance and someone who knows the products is essential. As a customer I'm more inclined to throw money down when I actually get service. I spent $400 on a dress once simply because the sales lady was lovely and said hello and asked what I needed. Sam 10/10 I'd come back just to shop with you.
