I came to Lucy after travelling New Zealand for five months with quite the mop on my head and not much idea of how I wanted to style it. Lucy did a great job taming it and gave me great new style to continue my travels. She had great conversation and was easy to talk too. Highly recommend a stop if you need a decent trim!

Was excited by the rating and the proximity to home. But this is one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Completely missed the mark, looks absolutely nothing like the image I showed her.

Got home and wasn't finished . Tried to charge me an extra 5 dollars and called me nuts. then when I said something about it she said ok ok I will take 5 off as if she was doing me a favour
I have been a client for 2years never been disappointed. All the stylist are highly trained and very pleasant. Lots of experience. I also think the style of the business is clean, sharp and like no other. Great to have them on Porthills Road.
All the crew here are great but Y Yracey is my fave and a real legend!
