We bought the frozen Lamb & Chinese Five Spice Dumplings to cook at home. Hands down, the best dumplings we’ve had. The flavour is awesome, the dumpling wrappers don’t fall apart and break and the crisp and well on the bottom and stay firm with the chew on top when you shallow fry in water and oil.
Ordered the pork cabbage dumplings with house sauce. Couldn't taste any seasoning on the pork and couldn't taste or see any cabbage. Asked for them to be panfried, and only one side was done. The sauce was very nice, but instead of it coming in a separate container for dipping it was poured over the dumplings, which I personally didn't like. The lady behind the counter was very nice. At $18.00 for 20, I don't believe it was worth it.
Great value for delious food! The place has got a nice selection to choose from, with take away packs for your home.... I've tried a variety of flavours some originals and some specials, I like it. To top good food great price.... the service has always been super Friendly and quick. If you're in Ngaruawahia check out the hours and go you a feed.

Dumplings are amazing, sauce is what really makes them, and all the combinations on offer means you never get tired of the flavours. Bao buns are delicious and dinner packs are available to buy and make your own at home. 10/10 is my favourite dumpling shop and never disappoints
Mission dumplings are the best! We make a special detour to devour the delicious dumplings and alway stock up on frozen dumplings, noodles and sauces! Our teenagers absolutely love them!! So many innovative flavours. The only downside is it's so hard to choose! Another reason to go back! They also make a perfect gift. Yum. Top work team!
The most authentic and flavoursome dumplings, bao buns and rice dishes I’ve tried in a long time. The salads are bright! fresh, full of flavour too! Let’s face it - I’ve eaten the menu and love it all - introduced to the deliciousness from a local friend! - but also love the fact there’s a take home option (which I’m yet to try) the sauces are AMAZING (esp the special sauce) and take the dumplings to that next level. Worth the drive if you’re not local - deliciousness each and every-time we go on a mission for our Mission Dumplings!
Lovely staff, beautiful flavours and quick service. Good to know we have this in the Ngāruawāhia area. Great value....
