I had butter chicken yesterday , 3 chunks of something not resembling chicken , the bowl was full of red sauce that had definitely had a colouring added, Barely warm , rice was cold, shocking , I’ll never go again
Ordered pakoras and masala chai. Pakoras were taste less and bland The tea could not taste any tea spices and very sweet..Felt like throwing up. Threw the and had only one palatial. Service 2/5. Need to Kiwi host course
I got the generic butter chicken today with a cheese naan. Hands down the worst butter chicken I have had. It was watery and the chicken was dry. How they managed to do that I have no idea. The cheese naan had miniscule amount of cheese on it to the point I couldn't even taste it. I paid $20.50 for the honour and that didn't even include a drink. I will never be returning and would never recommend this place to eat,even if you are starving, go hungry instead.
I recently tried the paneer kathi roll from Spice Traders at The Base in Hamilton, and I was really disappointed. The roll was bland and soggy, with barely any flavor or spice. The paneer was dry and rubbery, and the filling tasted like it had been sitting for hours. It felt like no effort was put into the preparation at all. For the price I paid, I expected something at least fresh and enjoyable. Definitely not coming back for this — there are much better food options in the area.
Hi, I would like to share my experience as of today 28/7/2024. I ordered one masala dosa and it’s look so yummy but I got hair on my dosa. When I informed them they told that we will make new dosa but then I said no, I don’t want anymore due to health hygiene. I asked them to refund my money they said we don’t do any refund. It’s our policy. Even their chef who was making Dosa he was not wearing any hair net so I decided No, I don’t want to eat anymore. I asked if you can’t refund then give me same amount voucher so that I will use it next time but they don’t have. I told them give me in writing that next time I will use They said you can come next time and Remind me. We will adjust it. This is un professional way. What happens if that employee leave or next time say I don’t know who you are???
Today I ordered the butter chicken combo on Uber Eats. This is a dish my children love. This butter chicken was insanely spicy. I couldn't handle the spiciness let alone my children. Never have I had butter chicken from here with that level of spicy to it.
Went there at lunch time. We ordered chicken biryani, idli, and masala dosa. Excellent food and I got very good service from the lovely guys behind the counter. I would recommend and I will be coming here again. Keep up the great work guys!
My boyfriend and I ate here and he got food poisoning from the meat there. There was only 2 pieces of chicken in the whole butter chicken meal I had bought and it was dry and horrible. Do not recommend. Prices are ridiculous too, especially for what you’re getting.
Unfortunately there is no option for zero rating. Worst customer service. I ordered a chicken Kathi roll & they denied to cut it into two halves. They just want the customers to pay them extra. The guy on the counter said boss has said no to cut it into two halves. You guys should improvise on your customer service. The basic fact is if you cut it into two halves, customer’s won’t have to forcefully buy more from you. Instead it will increase your sales because of good customer service. You have just lost a regular customer today.
South Indian food is alright but your Sambhar is tasteless and watery without any veggies in it as Sambhar is blend of nore veggies than just onions and tomatoes. Even the tomato chutni was kinda sweet, coconut chutni wasn't fresh.
