A great spot for lunch, my partner and I had ordered the mild chicken tenders, with sweetcorn and chips. The restaurant has a relaxed vibe, thatakes it perfect for a Monday lunch. The service was very quick and friendly. Portions size for lunch was just right. Very tasty and satisfying, will come here again. Keep up the good food.
Ordered the combo chicken, chips, Garlic bread, coleslaw. Definitely a crowd pleaser for 4. Chicken was absolutely perfectly cooked, great flavour. Staff were amazing and helpful. Great place to come together for a lovely meal.
We visited Nando’s as a group of 20 and had a great experience. The atmosphere was lively, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Jomat and the team did a fantastic job managing a large group and making sure everything ran smoothly. Very happy with the experience and highly recommended!
Had lunch recently and overall it was a pretty good experience. The food came out hot, the peri-peri chicken was juicy and full of flavour, and the chips were perfectly seasoned. I really like that they let you choose your spice level the medium had just the right kick. The staff were friendly and welcoming, though service was a bit slow. The restaurant had a nice, casual vibe, good for catching up with friends or grabbing a quick meal while shopping at The Base. Only downside was the tables could’ve been cleaned a bit quicker, but nothing major.
When entering, the cashier is right at the door step so if there’s a queue, it gets awkward waiting, I’m sure people would have to queue outside. Customer service was good, we went in on the 6th September for lunch. Ordered 2x chicken burgers (one with hot sauce and the other bbq sauce) we were both pleased with the burgers. The chicken ribs were dry, compared to the chicken we’ve had in Manukau, they were falling off the bone but not these ones. Lots of people had a glass and could refill, we were not given the option. We got a bottle of Fanta instead which was disappointing. Could return for a quick lunch when shopping at the base.
The food is delicious here, but I really hope they clean their bathroom soon. Sadly I'd have to say it was disgusting today. Not great for a food place.
Chicken delivered after a 35 minute wait - there were 4 other tables occupied so not exactly busy. Other sides didn't come so after 5 minutes I went to ask. Waitress apologised (not her fault). Kitchen obviously can't handle orders. More focus on getting takeaway orders out. Sides were then given which were eaten with a lukewarm chicken.
Their sauces have a level of spiciness, hope that they add some flavors.
We've been going to nandos for years and I can honestly say we've watched it slowly get dirtier and the service has slipped dramatically. Clean your tables promptly instead of standing around talking. Maybe you could clean your air con units. They look like they havnt been cleaned in years. As for the toilets, absolutely gross. The food is always nice although quite often brought out separately leaving one of us still waiting while the other has finished their meal..put some money back into your business, teach your staff how to do a better job.
