The service was friendly if poorly organised as the point of service was also where people waited. The coffee was good. I hadn’t asked for the pulled pork and ciabatta to be heated intending to take it on the plane. When it came heated I elected to eat it. Big mistake. It was patchily warmed and cold in places. I’ve had vomiting and diarrhoea for 2 days now since arriving in Sydney. Terrible food hygiene.

Absolutely the worst bagel I've ever had, served on paper plates with wooden culture and its not even brought to your table, dont waste your money!!

Great coffee, but would love the option to have a cheaper coffee if I use my keep cup (less rubbish in airport to landfill too, and would also support the Airports Sustainability policy too!)

The cheese roll and long black was what you'd expect an average coffee shop to make, but the price for both was a bit ridiculous ($11!!!!) The barista was a bit cold and distant too; I didn't feel welcome there, albeit me being the only customer. Though it seems like from the other reviews it's all part of the experience nowadays...

A nice little café. Have had some very nice hot drinks here regularly and is my go to for Chai. Staff are always nice. It does seem to be usually pretty low on staff but is great when its quiet. Unfortunately I think they cop a lot of unjust bad reviews from when its overly very busy for said staffing, in that case just go somewhere else. But other then that I absolutely recommend

Best flat white I have had on my holiday. The milk was the perfect temperature. The coffee bean was not burnt. There was very little froth and no ground coffee at end of the cup. Thanks for the excellent coffee.

We had the bagel & egg sandwiches, they were good and warmed up nicely. The cappuccino was fine and Emma who took my order was friendly. It took about 5-7 minutes for everything to be ready and that was expected. No issues. And I'd certainly eat here again.

Having a captive audience at an airport is no excuse for the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The was next to no-one in the shop, yet we had to wait 25mins for a croissant and mini pizza from the cabinet to be heated. When it finally arrived, it was shoved across the table at us without any comment whatsoever about the delay. Despite this, I thought I'd give them another chance & get a cold croissant to take on the flight. It came back heated up 5mins later. Underground Coffee - I strongly suggest you provide some better training and support to your staff, because what I experienced this morning is simply unacceptable
