   Updated: A nicely kept and interestingly designed Café, situated in a relatively new Mall complex. B & W Coffee Cartel offers a small yet eclectic variety of food- As well as coffee. They use one my top 5 favorite milk for their coffee, Anchor Blue and Lite. I had an Apple slice, after recommendation of a nice lady seated next to me- The waitress, Alicia, was polite, with helpful suggestions yet a little distracted- As she initially delivered my order to the wrong person. Overall a good experience which I do recommend. Although, My main recommendation is longer no valid as I was served with copious amount of yogurt topping. I do, however, have another recommendation for the manager this time. Perhaps, waiting a little bit longer before clearing the table would be better.

   What a great place to enjoy a seriously good coffee, they roast their own. The food choices were good, all freshly cooked with quality ingredients. The cafe has a well thought out design with points of interest wherever you lay your eyes. Definitely recommend.

   Always great food there Belgium waffles are amazing but you have to walk home to work them off, coffee is great and the cabinet has lovely scones and muffins as well as a good variety of food options. Staff are friendly and helpful

   Best cafe in Rangiora and our "go - to" favorite for lunch. My Mexican stack was superb, my wife's soup was according to her, "the best I've ever had", and the muffin we shared was delicious. The staff are always cheerful and efficient.

   Another lovely experience at the Black and White chain. Great Almond Breeze brand milk. Look at this hot chocolate and flat white. So good. Easy walk to rangiora shops and lots of people out for brekkie here, so food must be good. Eggs on toast reasonable at $12.
