   Poor poor communication . My car sat in their garage for 2 days and nothing was done , which is no problem . But I find it ridiculous how we had to call them up both days to see what’s going on with the car for updates. We could have picked the car up a couple hours later if they’d told us . A courtesy car would have been a nice offer . A technician then said they’d have to rip my whole interior out carpets , seats etc just to install a 02 sensor . I then had to tell him where it was and he still wasn’t comfortable installing it . Surely you would do some research on google before putting it in the too hard basket . They couldn’t give me a price on a cam seal o ring because it was a ‘Volvo’ . Yeah not coming back here .

   I completely trust in the team's experience, knowledge and their services to take care of my vehicles. From 2016 I took my vehicles there. They also helped with the warrant of fitness for my motorcycle. Great customer service too, really easy: just made a call and book for a wof the next day. Awesome.

   Told me the work would be around $200, but then when I brought car in 4 whole days later I was told it would be around $380. Spoke to boss and he said apprentice said the $200 thing and he'd ask him not to do it again. I would have asked a few other mechanics had I known it was going to be that much more, but at that point I really had no option but to just get it done and pay up. No idea whether elsewhere would have done it for nearer to $200 or nearer to $380.

   While it seems the service most people have received was positive, unfortunately mine is negative. I sent them two slotted and dimpled brake disks, which evidently their brake machining tool was not appropriate for. As a result both disks were destroyed, and they just offered me half off the price for machining, $26. After contacting the MTA for mediation they offered to refund the $26 I paid. This for me is unacceptable. The pair of disks is worth close to $500. Ruining one due to inexperience or incompetence is one thing, but doing the second one is unacceptable. If you have high performance components and/or cars, I cannot recommend this company.
