   Just ordered dinner here. Worse experience ever. They got my change wrong so I said hey that's not correct, was told I had got it wrong even when I showed the calculators answer was same as mine, was met with rude responses and half my order was missing I was met with more rudeness so I presented the receipt which I was then told sorry we ran out of your order even tho you have paid for it, I asked for my money back they called security to say I was being unreasonable. Would definitely not recommend KFC the base

   2/11/2025. The worst KFC we've ever had. Chicken was dry and luke warm. Chips were cold and dry. If there was 0 stars, I would give it 0. And the chicken had no taste, the coating was just like flour, no flavour. The potato and gravy had no taste, it was like wallpaper paste. KFC should be ashamed.

   I have never eat bad fried chicken like this even worse than Mc Donald nuggets. The salad is $5 are expensive with its quality the salad taste like mud and hella bad. The fried chicken isnt crispy and good but its expensive. Everythg jus bad

   My recent trip to KFC at The Base left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. While the food was decent, the overall experience was lacking. The restaurant was quite busy, but there was only one cashier working and one self-serve terminal, which made for a long wait to order and receive our food. It was frustrating to see such a popular restaurant understaffed, especially in a busy mall like The Base. The staff that were working were friendly and helpful, but it was clear they were stretched thin. The cashier was doing their best to take orders and handle payments, but with a long line forming, it was difficult to keep up. The self-serve terminal was also a bit confusing to use, which only added to the wait time. Once we finally received our food, it was what you would expect from KFC. The chicken was hot and crispy, the fries were delicious, and the drink was refreshing. However, the overall experience left me feeling a bit dissatisfied. I found myself wondering if it was worth the wait in such busy mall. Despite these drawbacks, I do think KFC at The Base has potential. With some improvements, such as adding more staff during busy periods, the restaurant could be a great option for fast food in the area. The food is certainly tasty, but the overall experience could use some work. In conclusion, if you're in a hurry and don't mind waiting in line, KFC at The Base is worth a try. However, if you're looking for a more relaxing dining experience, you may want to consider other options in the area. While the food is good, the understaffed restaurant and cramped seating leave something to be desired.
