   Terrible service Rude lady with no knowledge Ordered karaage Chicken … came out and was cold…. Had been sitting for so long it was not tender and room temp…. Certainly won’t ever go back Rubbish bin open in the middle of the floor… are you guys crazy!! The lady speaking wasn’t even talking Japanese. She was speaking to her colleague in Korean. Lucky I can speak both Japanese and Korean and totally understood what she was saying about me. Please use the brain

   Hands down worst St Pierre’s iv had. I got a salmon on rice. Rice was soggy and gloopy. Salmon itself did not taste fresh and quite off putting. My daughter got a small chicken on rice which they had to make. They over killed the teriyaki sauce drowning the chicken and rice in it. The chicken was just one big piece. The chicken katsu from the bento bowl was luke warm and soggy as well. Tables were dirty and greasy.

   Always nice food but such a shame no deal.on thr orange juice with a meal. You can get a deal with coke though. For a healthy food chain you would think the same would apply for orange drink . The guy couldn't even spare a smile or hello or have a good day . At least you covered you mouth with your elbow when you coughed . Just remember it's one thing to have nice food often the service counts too

   I visited there with my friend today (23rd march 2025) we ordered chicken and rice bowl and there was strand of hair inside rice . Poor food . They need to pay attention on theor quality. when i spoke to staff about this , they didnt apologize infact they said they can gove me another bowl. Who would like to eat another unhygenic meal
