I was very disappointed and uncomfortable after finding a bug in my Subway sandwich, specifically in the tomatoes. I had already gone home, had two bites for dinner, and then had to return to the store to report the issue The staff only offered to make me a replacement. This was a serious hygiene concern, and I feel the store should have offered some additional gesture to compensate for the trouble. I was not convinced by their response, and the manager did not seem sufficiently apologetic. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food safety practices.

Not at all happy with customer serice during evening time around 7pm. I asked the staff not to put jalapeΓ±os and carrot but staff didnβt listen at all. She put the carrot already when i asked not to put it.. the main thing is they donβt care about their own community people at all.. spending 17.80$ for sub is vast money for me. And if i m not happy at all. I have to give a review. Itβs not the first time that i was not unhappy. It is second time..

Customer Service: Pari was amazing! She greeted us with a warm smile and had a great attitude β super welcoming and professional. Itβs always refreshing to be served by someone who genuinely enjoys their job. Unfortunately, the other two staff members didnβt offer the same experience. They seemed impatient and rushed, with very little courtesy while taking our orders. I felt hurried and spoken to with attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable and disappointing. Food: I ordered the Cordon Bleu, and although it was toasted, it came out cold. There was no spinach available, and the little that was left looked old and unappetizing. The customer after me even had to point out how bad it looked β it was honestly pretty gross. The rest of the vegetables didnβt taste fresh either; they had a sour flavor that made the whole meal feel off.

2 girls in there who were miserable, no hello just "what do you want" from the first girl and "salads" from i think her name was vinishka.. both had a i dont want to be here tone to their voices, below poor service, average chicken bacon melt thrown together literally infront of my eyes.. if i were the owner / manager i would be embarrassed and demanding answers

Last order they forgot my avocado that they charged me $3 for. This order was chicken teriyaki sub with chicken that was dry af and included some delightful rock-hard black pieces.

Very poor English could not understand what we were asking for. Also had a trainee guy taking the orders an was putting uncooked meat on the sandwiches they didn't even know what goes on there sandwiches even had to ask for more salad to be put on as could still see the bread will not be going back sort it out

Had average customer service. Do not want to put her but she was assembling the sub by throwing everything in it. Bread was like a rubber. Filling was that minimal that i felt like i am only eating bread by itself.
