   This store sucks when using Uber/doordash. Twice now they have told the driver the drinks in the bag but both times its hasn't been. They also forget the cookie from the combo. Next time ill pay extra to get from another store.

   Customer service sucks, both ladies looked moody and not acknowledging any of the customers at all, asked for a smoothie and the lady looked mad she had to make it, surely it’s not that hard. Wasn’t even that busy either

   I really liked they prepared my sandwich, while giving attention to minor customisations. Food was fresh and tasty. Also I liked the fact that they were open till a decent time 8.30pm, which is pretty good for late commers. Which is much beneficial than most others, where they usually close around 6-6.30ish.

   Got there 35 minutes before closing time. Pulled up, and two white females working on the 3 of August, 2023. Literally seen us in the parking, and we didn’t even have time to get out. They immediately turned the lights off, and locked their door. It’s now 8:03pm. Seems a bit inconsiderate, rude, quite lazy and not committed to working hours. Wouldn’t do this to any of my customers at work. Very disappointed, not coming back again.

   The girl that worked this morning (08/03) is a massive asset to this business. Amazing sandwich maker, actually cares how it comes out unlike other subways around that just chuck stuff at the bread and don't give a toss. Always lovely and professional and again makes a pretty mean sandwich!

   The staff here are incredibly friendly and have amazing attitudes, they are great at what they do and have fun doing it! Very generous with the fillings and a pleasant atmosphere within the shop. I always look forward to visiting when I’m in Hamilton. Keep up the fantastic work!
