   Best Teppanyaki in Christchurch. Ben was an amazing chef and the food was delicious. Fun sitting around the grill and being entertained whilst eating and meeting the owner who was also on the grill. Each dish was divine and we tucked in so quickly I forgot to photograph it all.

   We went and sat by the grilled table the other night. The food and atmosphere was great. The chef was interacting with customers. There is one thing, when I finished my meal, there’s no waiter/waitress to remove it and also, our rice came really late. Other customers finished their fried rice and we haven’t get our rice. And when our rice served, the stir fried veggie was cold. Chef should noticed that even it’s busy time.

   This was the best meal we had in Christchurch because it’s an entire experience. The staff were all so friendly and kind, and most importantly, the food tasted amazing. My boyfriend and I got to try the beef, seafood and chicken here and it’s really wonderful. The scallops are so soft, the chicken is sweet and flavourful and the beef cubes were tender inside. They serve you stir fried veggies, steamed rice and miso soup to go with your meal as well. It’s definitely value for money given the quality of food and the whole teppanyaki experience.

   So much attention to the details. The staff knew all the details/requests we gave when calling for the reservation. We had a 2 year old and a 1 month old baby with us, at night and we were soooo well treated and respected. We felt special. It was my mother in law's birthday and she felt very special too. The grill chef was spectacular!

   Aprox $50-60 per set. A la carte menu also available. We had a set to share plus added crayfish tail. Everything cooked very well. Portions were large (we couldnt finish all of it). Great 1.5hr dinner experience!
