Was no meat at all in my pad thai combo, was bought late at night maybe that the reason, chicken skewers was below average, been goin to this place for ova 7 years, new owners are letting this place down, bring back the ribs like the old days
I have often ordered here and enjoyed the food. Tonight I ordered the red duck curry for $23. On arriving home I found the food content was the size of a small fist. One grape, maybe half a small carrot chopped up, one small snippet of broccoli, 2 cherry tomatos, 4 or 5 chunks of potato and about 6-8 vanishingly small bits of duck. Mostly sauce so call it soup. I buy here as the veges are usually good so it was a fave place. This joke left me very hungry and disappointed and I would have been far better off with a maccas kids meal. I rang to complain and the lady answered the phone and could be heard talking to someone, a chef? Then she came back and said she cooked it herself and weighed the ingredients and it was fine so she doesn't know what I'm talking about and they never have this problem before with other people. No apology, no credit. I said well I won't be eating there again, my family was horrified by the meal which I should have returned but I live in Kaiapoi. This is my only bad write up and food complaint in about a decade. Very bad business not to own their problem. Total rip off. Check inside your container before you exit. Or just avoid.
We had curry puffs, green curry with tofu, and pad see ew with tofu. They all tasted good, with a generous amount of veggies and tofu in the curry and pad see ew. Lots of options if you're vegetarian, vegan or GF.
Scrumptious! Lots of veggies and protein and a huge amount of rice that comes with nearly all dishes. So, I'm not paying more on top of the dishes. Reasonably priced too. I'm very satisfied with both the dishes and service. Will come again!
Absolutely great service, quick and tasty food. Even scored 2 free cans of drink as it was hot weather. Highly recommend!!
Wow, I had the Money Bags, Tom Yum Chicken and Beef with oyster sauce through delivery from here. The Money Bags were nice and crispy on the outside. A tasty inner filling and delivered hot and fresh. Also not greasy like some I've had. The Tom Yum soup was the best I've had in a while. Good size, nice flavour, reminded me of Thailand just how Thai food should. Also had the correct ingredients as in onion, tomato, mushrooms and coriander some places forget them and add too much other stuff to it. The beef and oyster sauce was nice a good size. Very decent prices for good hot quality Thai food have already ordered twice from here and have only been in Christchurch 5 days. Will definitely order again.
