Coeliac super friendly! Been great with being coeliac and in the early days would phone and confirm my choices. Always consistent and hardly ever had an issue. Feel safe eating here and that in itself is worth 5 stars.
Really disappointed with my pizza this time. I ordered online easy enough (through Door Dash), was happy with the time it was going to take to prepare and be delivered. But when it arrived it had obviously been tipped on its side as all the toppings had slid to one side. I assume this happened when it was cooked and hot as my other pizza was fine and when trying to move the toppings back, they wouldn’t easily move as they had cooled down. Contacted Door Dash but no further action was taken, it’s a shame that their systems don’t feedback to the restaurant so they can fix the problem.
Ordered from here just before. The pizza was really good but the unholy donut was not good at all. I've had it happen twice now where it was not covered in sugar, it was bare. And tastes hard and crunchy on the inside. Barely warm as well. Can say this is the last time I want to order the donut from this particular store. Definitely not worth $8 for what I recieved. Update: Also NO CHOCOLATE. I asked for milk, and its empty, just has the caramel.
I ordered uber eats from HELL pizza wigram and I am so disappointed. I ordered a greed pizza for $14 from the uber eats app with a photo of a big pizza. I thought I was ordering a big pizza but when delivered I was upset to see that my pizza was a kids size pizza. I was really unimpressed and was really mislead. I will not order from here again. At least the delivery was good and efficient.

Hell Pizza used to be good quality pizza, but it’s getting worse and worse, at same level as Pizza Hut and Domino’s nowadays. Positive and different is that there are a lot of options to chose from including vegetarian and vegan, including customisations. Few not very healthy starters and disappointing salads (a bunch of not very fresh veggies in a plastic box without any seasoning or sauce) Most disappointing is the slow service. You order online or in store and you are told estimated time which is never accurate. Last time we had to wait extra 15 minutes past the originally given time to get our order which turned out to have a cheese which we didn’t order in first place. Too much chaos and disorganisation and I know the kids are doing their best to cope, but clearly lacking some management and organisation skills to pull it together

$20+ pizzas so bit on the pricier size but worth it IMHO. Pizza with a decent amount of toppings. Not a fan of the loaded fries. Had an issue with the order but they were quick to respond and fix it. So thumbs up for customer service
