   Service can be a bit hit and miss with friendliness but the food is underrated. Great tasting burgers. I appreciate the effort put into the burgers. The half wrap is a nice touch and in how visually appealing they are. Carl’s Jr is the gourmet Burger King!

   Absolute rubbish! The only redeeming feature was the lady at the counter she was nice and did a good job, sadly that’s where the good ended, tables were messy and uncleaned, toilets were not clean quite gross. The food was just awful, only slightly warm and just horrible chips were warm and soggy. When this first opened it was really enjoyable but not anymore. Personally will never be getting robbed at Carls jr ever again.

   Despite arriving close to closing time, the incredible staff at Hornby's Carl's Jr. greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service. Their energy and friendliness made the mouthwatering, juicy burgers and the clean, inviting setting even more enjoyable. Kudos to the hardworking team—your dedication truly shines!    •Stop saying "anything else?" - especially at front counter where you can see there's more than one person, it's plain rude. A more polite way to end is, "Is there anything else I can get for you today?" Or "is there anything else I can help with?" •Actually listen to customers at the drive thru! Three times saying we're ordering more, and each time being told to drive to the window (we hadn't ordered our other items yet). Ended up going inside.

   First time I have Benn back for about 5 plus years. Service was bad, food was bad. Went back tonight spent $85. Real disappointing to see things haven't changed one bit. No pride what so ever. Management obviously don't care as long as the money is coming in. After ordering 5 large combo's, got 5 burgers, 3 chips and 4 drinks. Cold food don't make a meal. Take a long hard look at yourself management. If you are happy with what you are getting as opposed to what could be, you don't care. Not coming back.

   Service was fine but that's about where it ended. I had a chicken burger, bland as anything. Decent size chunk of chicken but the coating was soggy as. Way overloaded the mayo so I think I wore more than I ate. The wife had a beef burger. Much tastier than my chicken one but flamin cold. The chips were BARELY crispy. All in all a totally disappointing experience.
