   Tidy little BnB in a prime location, minutes from wharf and coffee sniffing distance from main shops/restaurants galore. Also just a skip and a hop away from a couple of beaches. Owners were in touch via text message as soon as we touched down which was appreciated, gave up some handy hints about surrounding area. Kitchen has a fridge toaster and a microwave. The flat was clean and tidy with a small supply of breakfast provisions(cereals milk juice coffee tea) in the kitchen :) We stayed in the back flat which had an odd musty smell we couldn't rid even with windows/doors open, no biggie as it did seem like an old house. The floors oddly felt like they slanted slightly downwards ?downhill...nothing anything can do anything about I guess. The path to the back could do with plants being cut back (hung over path) and a rail of some sort on the left as it seemed a little dangerous at night as left of pathway drops off into a hill/brush. All in all we enjoyed our stay :)

   A lovely comfortable “home away from home” perfectly located to explore Waiheke and convenient to the shops. The bed was very comfy (a high priority) Lance and Emma are friendly and very welcoming hosts, and we really appreciated a lift to the ferry when our lunch at Mud brick cafe ran over time! Highly recommended

   The apartment is very comfortable, + quiet in spite of being right in Oneroa. The hosts are very welcoming + helpful. I would certainly stay there again!
