   I have been coming here for many years, for three very powerful reasons: 1 It is always an atmosphere of fun and frivolity. 2 My haircut is always exactly as I had hoped it would be. 3 Despite their professionalism and care, this team does not ever overcharge, and is more cost-effective than all the others. I have enjoyed every single visit for a long time now. Even in these Pandemic times, their safety care is first-class! They give me an enhanced 'handsomeness' after each haircut... which is a blessing, n'cest pas? Thanks Team. :o) Positive Punctuality, Cleanliness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

   My husband has been a regular at Big Boss Barbers for several years, as they previously provided excellent service with attention to detail. However, our recent experiences have been disappointing. During the last two visits, his haircut was poorly executed: his hairline was cut far too high and unevenly, making what should have been a simple fade look noticeably unprofessional. It was disheartening to see the quality decline, especially for a $40 service, as we had expected a more refined result. We had hoped the first experience was an isolated issue, but the second visit confirmed otherwise. There appeared to be more focus on personal breaks and distractions than on delivering quality service. Given similar feedback from other customers, this seems to be an ongoing concern. It’s unfortunate, as we enjoyed being loyal customers here, but we will not spend money here again for a poor service. Photo is attached of the uneven hairline received.

   Not impressed with the two haircuts i have had here recently. The first time the young barber cut my hair so bad it looked like i had been attacked by a lawn mower. I went back to have it fixed and i thank the guy who fixed it up and did a great job! Thank your for that Im came back and had my haircut again the other day. When i got home to style it my hair was uneven again. Im not impressed considering both times i was charged $40 per haircut. A haircut should be done right once and made sure everything is nice, even and looks good. I don’t have time to come back for second attempts and remedies. I wont be using your services again. Have attached a photo bellow showing where my hair is longer on the right and much shorter on the left.

   this place is so bad ,My previous experience I asked for a hair cut and showed photos as an example of what I want and he said he would do somthing else because he didn’t know how to cut it the way I wanted, this time I went back against my better judgment and a different guy went completely against my photos and gave me the worst 1930s post ww1 haircut, and the worst part is he cut my ”crown” completley uneven , I felt as tho I was being robbed paying for this service.

   I've used this barber a good few times and have been happy with my $25 cut, until last week, I went for my usual neaten up, the barber didn't ask, just started trimming my beard and eyebrows, and when the time came to pay the amount was a whopping $50! double my budget... if you're going to do extra work at least ask first and explain the extra cost to the customer, this not how you keep customers, maybe increase turnover in the short term, but you will chase customers away. Seems I will be looking for a new affordable barber. Pity

   one of the worst barber shops i’ve ever been to. asked for a simple mid fade and a little trim on the top, guy ended up giving me a 1 on the sides and trimmed the top way too short, especially around my crown area. now the back of my head is super flat and i struggle to look at myself in the morning. not to mention that the guys customer service was not very good. the only time i seen him smile was when i had to pay him. some people should just not cut hair.
