100% recommended. I went in to get a necklace repaired, and in less than 24 hours it was repaired to a very high quality at a reasonable cost. I can't even see where they made the repair, and its like new now! The employees were very helpful and answered every question I asked. Will definitely be going back!
Amazing service. For family health reasons, we were late ordering a watch for my daughter's 21st birthday. The day before her 21st, I went in and ordered it. And amazingly they had it ready for collection the next day! Engraving beautifully done. Such lovely people to deal with too.
Very straightforward and honest personnel. Stock and knowledge of clocks, from Grandfather, wall, to cabinet clocks is outstanding. Jeff Honeybun, although working part-time is always on hand to give technical help, when it comes to repairs, maintenance and advice, is one of a kind. The shop has a good range of watches and jewelry. Very highly recommended!!
Awesome little jeweller in the heart of Howick. I only came in for a couple of minor repairs on some silver items, one was done right there and then, the other was done in less than 24 hours. They don't have the range the big chains do but if you want proper personal service (and I can vouch for the quality of their repairs) go to Jeff Honeybun jewellers.
Lovely shop and the lady there so efficient and we talked a bit too. Went in to get new batteries in 2 watches, and also was happy that they fixed my old wind up watch. This wind up watch is sentimental for me. and came out feeling so happy there. Beautiful old grandfather clocks in there and jewelery too. Thank you for fixing up my wind up watch as I didn't think it could be done. Happy to come back to this place.
