    Rude customer service. Elderly woman at the front mishandled my request for jewellery alteration, and screamed at me when she found out she had written in the wrong size. After dealing with this woman I no longer felt confident leaving my jewellery in her hands. After that she actually tracked me down on my personal cell to threaten me!! Nearly became a police issue

    Worked with these Jewellers in valuing and resizing a heirloom engagement ring. Each time I had to get it resized, they warned that the band might end up oval shaped due to the location of the gem setting. But the workers outdid themselves, and the ring looks perfect, almost as if it hadn't been changed. But measuring the band tells me otherwise!
