Carmen and her team are amazing! She offers the biggest variety of services and treatments which means all my beauty things at one place! All the treatments are next level and love how great my skin looks! My favourite treatment to date is getting rid of all my sunspots and pigmentation with laser .. I love the carbon facial with jelly mask it leaves my skin glowing and super soft… and hot stone massage tops it all off!!! I’ve been a client for over 5 years always walk out super happy after any and every treatment!!!!!
Started going to bare skin mid last year and it’s been the best decision ever! Carman is amazing! She takes her time and makes you feel so comfortable and listens to exactly what you want. I had a lot of bad experiences when it came to getting my brows done in the past and I kid you not my eyebrows have never looked so good since coming here. She did a full eye brow mapping to make sure my brows fit my face perfectly and I’ve been going here ever since! I’ve also had facial, massage, and lash lift from bare skin. All services are excellent. They have a great team that always make you feel comfortable.
It's my first NZ Brazillian Wax experience. I made the right choice to have it with Bare Skin Studio. Carman is really amazing and knows her craft well. I will be a loyal customer. She made everything comfortable. The salon itself is welcoming as well. We also had a good chat during the session. Highly recommended! We will surely try her other services.
My first time visiting Carman yesterday & she was amazing! I’ve been looking for a new regular brow gal for years & now I’ve found her! Beyond happy with the results & would definitely recommend ⭐️
Frustrating experience with this studio. So, I had booked my 3rd session in advance. 24 hours before my appointment, I get a call from Carmen. She asks me to come in earlier because she had a canceled appointment or something like that. I explained that I have work and can only come at the time I originally booked. She said it was fine and confirmed our meeting for the next day. But guess what? The next morning, she messages me saying that her man got sick and she has to cancel my appointment. Ugh, what a waste of my time! Luckily, I found another cosmetologist who does a much more professional job with this treatment, and the price is good too. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend this studio to anyone. In your studio, requirement where clients need to cancel treatment 24 hours in advance or need to pay a fee. But here's the thing, why do you think your time is more valuable than your clients'? unprofessional!!!
Carman is so friendly and welcoming, the space is relaxing (and clean) and my eyebrows haven't looked this good in years! Carman didn't even (visibly at least) freak out at my very neglected eyebrows that nearly needed a chainsaw to tame. Very highly recommend a visit.
