   I'm usually very wary of chain salons due to not great past experiences but had reached a point where I needed a cut asap and had also researched the reviews of this particular salon before going in. Honestly, beautiful service. I'm not sure of the name of the lovely lady that cut my hair today but her communication, customer service and hair service was so good and I left feeling so much better. This salon deserves the praise it gets through google reviews. Much appreciated and will definitely be back ♡

   I visited the salon this afternoon before closing, and Lakshi did my hair. She was so lovely and welcoming! I asked for a layered haircut and showed her some pictures, she really listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. She even complimented my hair and color (which I told her I did myself!), and it made me feel so good. I really appreciated how friendly and professional she was.    Got my hair chemically straightened here for almost $300 and my hair was only shoulder length just for the treatment to basically not even work. Such a waste of money as I’ve gotten this treatment elsewhere multiple times and results have been amazing. The lady who had done my hair was a lovely lady. Will defiantly not be returning for this service.

   Possibly the worst highlights I've ever had. She put a random black spot of dye in the middle of my blonde hair when I complained about the bleach bleeding over all my hair! Worst experience ever. I have emailed the owner today to rectify (but I'm too nervous to let them touch my hair again) or refund - waiting for a response. This was at TOP PRETTY, they also own KESS. Had to rate here as there is no way to rate TOP PRETTY.

   Loved my experience. Both ladies were lovely. One recognised the cut I wanted wasn't her strength and asked the other lady to do it. Yan listened to exactly what I wanted and checked in to see what I was thinking. Such a big change and I am super happy with my cut and experience.
