Popped in on a whim after being let down at another barber this morning. How glad I am we found this place! Super lovely, cheerful staff, great pricing and the absolute best cut my son has ever had. Highly highly recommend!!!
Been going to these guys And Gal, young old and oldest... coming up on 20yrs probably now. Always had a great cut and a yarn. Decent reading material and interesting items around the place. Good vibe with the crew young and old. Highly recommend. Thanks Terry and team.

Stopped for a trim. Nice set up with an eclectic collection of bits and bobs adorning the walls and surfaces. It was very reasonably priced with a short wait, considering aiwas a walk in.
Very sharp with a pair of scissors and a great conversationalist. Awesome manly decor too. A hidden gem of a barbershop.
It's not bad, but the owner really needs to take a haircut from his employees every once in a while. First off I have to say, great decor and really friendly people! No other barber has anything near as interesting on its walls as this one. Worth going just to look around. Problem is currently I believe it's his son working there who gives an alright haircut, but then gives you the most limp-wristed brushing afterward. Literally every time I get him he barely touches me with the brush to clean up and I have heaps of bits of hair plastered all over me and coming out of my ears for the rest of the day. He's always been doing that and i can't go anymore without having to be able to shower right afterward. In the past he had old John working there who was a super nice guy, but his haircuts were slipping from ok to terrible over a year - like burns completely different lengths, messed up blends etc and it appeared noone was noticing. I've come and gone from this place over the years just to avoid certain people so they don't potentially give me a sub-par service. I may still go here, but as a heads up to the owner; a little quality control is probably worth doing every now and then just to check people are in fact 100% happy with their cuts.
Would highly recommend Whiskers Men's Hairdressers in Howick. Such a cool barber shop with awesome collectors trinkets and friendly, experienced staff. The barber was such a sport with my little guy who was nervous but left with a big smile and a great cut ✂️
