Mark came around in May and priced up our swimming pool to be Re plastered and steps built into it. We also needed a new heater and tidy up of the existing pipe work. Quote was accepted and we agreed to go ahead, we were then put onto another pool company just before lockdown, they came around and we agreed to go with them for the pool as Mark was now to busy, he would do the heater still. He was near impossible to get a hold of on the phone and would never return a message/email or call unless we hid our number. We started this process in approx May and have completed given up as he kept promising and never turning up or even calling us. Very poor communication and I have no idea how he gets work if our experience is anything to go on.
