   A great Book & Stationary store with a large selection of Magazines. Also includes a NZ Post store for Your Mail & Courier needs. Very Helpful & friendly staff who are always patient & kind to their customers.

   Although the staff are normally friendly they were terribly rude to my friend who is unable to wear a mask due to childhood molestation. They had no understanding and kicked her out of the shop. When not 1 other shop in NZ asks for a mask its a shame to see a small island store supporting discrimination especially after the horrendous ideal someone has been through.

   I have to say this place has the worst customer service. Arrogant staff/owners and complete discrimination. I will never shop at his business again. A complaint has been made to head office. If I could give it no stars I would.

   And 1 star too many. Extreme discrimination, bias and ignorance. Poor service and unhelpful Shop elsewhere people, not worth the pain, they obviously don't need your money.
