   Wendys delivered a solid experience from start to finish. The food came out fresh, the burgers were juicy, and the shakes had great texture and flavour. The team on shift had a great attitude too. They were switched on, friendly, and kept everything moving without any fuss. The service was fast in a way that felt organised rather than rushed. It set the tone for the whole visit and made the place feel well run. The chilli had good depth and the nachos were a simple but satisfying option. The new WTF salted caramel baconator frosty was the standout. Smooth, rich, and surprisingly balanced. It is the kind of item you would go back for. Prices are more reasonable than most other chains which makes it a strong choice for families or anyone wanting value without losing quality. Overall, a clean and dependable visit with a team who clearly take pride in their work. Good food, good people, good value.

   It’s a shame wendy’s nationwide isn’t really talked about in the same vain as other fast food joints, their quality in my experience has been bang on and super flavourful, value for money wise it’s a little pricier but definitely worth it. only knock I have on this wendy’s in particular is its a little run down on the outside but inside it’s clean and give a a vintage feel funnily enough

   Burger was good but the Coke is bad. They gave you half a glass of ice and your coke diluted badly make the drink tasteless. Probably staff needed some training on how to make good soft drinks!?

1. ENKI'S FUN TECHNO STUFF (EnkiTrillionaire) ★★★★☆

   Quaint venue, a bit dated but fullfils it's purpose. Could use a refurb but don't fix something that ain't broke. The manager served us well and food is very decent. Not oily. Place is clean and rated A.

   Took my family to Wendy’s Mt Wellington. Ordered the classic beef burger combo. What I received was a huge disappointment, the beef Pattie was so thin, dry, tasted livery, and obviously cooked A LONG time and HELD before it was served, it was inedible and the fries were cold and tasteless and the sauce station was a mess, no tomato ketchup available. Well I complained and spoke to a fine young lad named Jack who really saved the restaurant from a 1 star review. Jack was very delightful and replaced the burgers and fries without hesitation. Although Jack had outstanding customer service ethic the food at this branch was so bad and not reflective of the other Wendy’s I’ve tried in the past so safe to say our family won’t be going back

   Mt Wellington restaurant is very tired looking. Staff are polite but not at all welcoming. Food is ok on taste for Wendy's but is quite expensive for what you get.

   Service is bad, we went through drive through and got served disrespectfully, Tried to order politely when the worker was talking absolutely rude towards us. I recommend if you get a big order don't go through drive through, we also asked how much it would be then the worker made a fuss about it and said " to much " in a rude way.

   Miss eating Wendy's. Use to work here back in 2004. Management was all good, and so were my colleagues. I'd say best memories here. Food was always great. Would like to go back and try all meals again.

   The girl taking the order at the drive-through was rude and had an attitude of not giving a care about anything. Left part way through my order and did not even excuse herself. I decided not to eat there as I was so upset with this persons off hand attitude, and went inside to speak to the manager. The staff looked like a bunch of scruffy, sloppy, who were completely childish and unprofessional. The manager listened to my complaint and wanted to put it right by 'taking my order'. She really did not understand. No way could I eat their food after being pretty upset with the treatment I received. And I certainly did not trust the staff that they wouldn't contaminate it. 15 years ago, I visited this Wendy's and I vowed I would never return due to bad food and service. But I finally gave in. I now know never ever again will I set foot in this dirty, disheveled dump of a place If I could give a minus, I would.

   I cannot recommend when there are so many quality burger places around. They could at least produce decent chips. Not value for money.
