We had our event here last night & it was perfect. I'm so glad we decided to hire the private space upstairs with our own private bar & restroom for our guest. The food was amazing and we'll worth it. Thanks to our lovely bar staff, she took great care of us all nigh. Thanks Abby you and your team made our event perfect ☺️
I had such a great experience at Melt Soul Food! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. The service was warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the perfect vibe to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and one I’ll be coming back to!
A well-deserved 4 stars(maybe a 4.5 even). First time here, and it didn't disappoint. Loved the ambiance, lighting, and the food. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the drinks were well made. The wait time to order was a bit long(1 behind the bar and the other on tables), but I can't fault anything else. Will definitely be back!
Been a long week work wise so we decided to stay local and support the hood. Ex Rib House corner eatery now called Melt being the venue. Wings with sauce tasting like hoison and honey (could be wrong) and buffalo wings with ranch dressing both sharing plates were really tasty. Onto mains which consisted of 3 steaks, a chicken burger with chips and a full rack of pork ribs shared by two. One steak returned for a few minutes more on the grill. Ribs easily coming off the bone and great sauce. Basically all meals satisfying. Had to cancel one dessert as it took too long to appear. Now a sent back steak and a dessert that failed to appear while unfortunate wasn't a deal breaker. The meals were enjoyable and staff pleasant. Was quiet when we arrived and pretty busy when we left. Nice job guys.
Very welcoming and friendly customer service. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived. Our food came out quick, it was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. My favourite was the kumara wedges I really enjoyed that as well as my chicken apricot burger. The lovely waitress who served us from the moment we walked in was super sweet and lovely! I had an issue with my drink and she took it away and fixed it right away still smiling. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating available, it’s a lovely setup. Next time we’ll try the ribs as it looked so good when the waiter walked past with them to the other table.
The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Ribs were juicy and tasty and the burger was cooked perfectly. We will definitely come back again!
Pretty good. It’s worth trying. Tasty burgers and ribs, burger needed a bit more sauce. Chips really tasty. Milkshake was really more milk than shake, so not great. Beautiful decor, nice music and friendly staff.
Food above average，staff are friendly but I think they dont have much experience. Classic beef‘s patty too salty，burger bun is very good broiche bun. Chips not crispy enough. My personal recommendation is that the ribs need to marinate longer，coz inside cant taste any flavour.
