I'm disappointed to say that my experience at this whanau-owned shop in Papakura fell short of expectations. We've been customers for years, and my children grew up buying the $1 pies after school cheap milk and bread from them. However, today's visit was a letdown. I purchased 12 loaves of bread, expecting to get the 3 for $6 deal, which would've been $24. But the manager said the deal only applies to the first 3 loaves, and I had to pay full price for the rest. The sign doesn't say that, and it feels like false advertising. When I politely questioned it, I was spoken to rudely. With so many families struggling in Papakura, every dollar counts. Im happy ito pay full price if it is advertised this way but its not and feels so dishonest of them. Hopefully, they'll sort out their pricing and customer service to better serve their community.

Rude and arrogant guy there. He's got an accent that's hard to understand and he is very very disrespectful to customers he dislikes and they don't act disrespectful to him. They just look different. The store owner is fair and honest but his one employee who's probably family is a real Fool. Not to mention hater. He's bad for business and bad for our community during the lock down. He's breaching the lock down rules of only one person at a time in the store. While I was in the store he told 3 other people to come inside. Bad bad choice glad I reported it to the police.
