    Very poor customer service at Reliance Mini Mart, Papakura. I went to buy a packet of chips and was checking the expiry date because on a previous visit I had purchased expired chips. The first packet I picked up did not have the expiry date clearly visible, so I picked up another one to check. The owner saw this and spoke to me in a rude and aggressive manner, demanding I bring the packet to him. Despite me remaining polite, he continued to be disrespectful and eventually refused to sell the item. Customers have the right to check expiry dates, especially when expired products have been sold before. This behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the store feeling disrespected.
