   Went in Wednesday 10th of Jan when the store was closing (was one of those customers that day). The lady on the front counter was awesome and super accomodating, she could’ve easily turned me away as they were wrapping up for the day and most of the ingredients were low but no, she went ahead and gladly made a large order with what she had. Her customer service was super top notch!

   I never post bad reviews but when I get overcharged and to also my food so bad I actually threw it out I just have to, new employees not only took ages but forgot ingredients to add the wrong ones back in. Had to take back my breakfast bun to add the egg they forgot and if that’s not bad enough they quickly cut up a whole boiled egg and threw it in. Which isn’t the way they’re ment to Could safely say looked nothing like the photo tasted bad from all the mayo that was thrown on it also. I had no problem with the previous workers. Overall got charged $21 for a not filled smoothie and breakfast bun

   I really hate to leave bad reviews.but the service here was so incredibly bad last time that I had to.actually they don’t know how to treat customers properly.habitual fix other branches providing excellent service,that’s why I came this branch olso. last time I ordered chicken wrap,but they told me no chicken at this moment and she try to add another option instead.and always they can’t provide actual ingredients for the menu. this is not a first time.every time I went to this shop,there were losses like this. 5 people ordering and only one person out serving and one person came out at the end a when everything was nearly done the person serving also was not very well trained or just didn’t care and she always used her phone.she didn’t care what we need,because she always plugged her earbuds.please advise to her use her phone on the brake time.I heard so many customers not happy about that.and coffee is yak.please try to hire professionals.we can’t waist our money for unworthy food.thanks

   Always substituting ingredients or the ingredients are really scarce in the wraps, rolls, bagels, sandwiches etc, either really weak or burnt coffee, way over priced for what they provide (which looks nothing at all like the items on the menu) and quite rude staff. You're honestly better off going to one of the bakeries or cafes just around the corner

   We placed a very large catering order with Habitual Fix Highbrook for our office function and they were so helpful and accommodating. They completed our order for us on time and the food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. We will definitely be returning to them for more catering orders and we highly recommend them.

   The location is great, plenty of parking. The venue itself is nicely set up. The chairs are a little uncomfortable though. Obviously there is queues during the busy period which is expected. Service is great and food is average. Their smoothies especially the Pic Peanut Butter and Caramel smoothie are awesome. If you bring your glass back, you get a small 30c discount. Good initiative.
