   I have been their client for years. Very pleasant atmosphere especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with current pandemic. Easy appointments , welcoming staff and talented. The staff know their work and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. I will definitely keep on using their service. .    I went in to get my lashes and brows done a couple of weeks and the shop was completely empty so I thought it would be fast. When she finally came in she did my brows while on call which i found really rude. After she she did my brows she made me wait some more and then came in was still on the phone speaking her native language and would stop often to talk to the other worker at the same time..even stopped for a good 5 minutes to explain her story, giggling away. This is by far the worst service I've experienced here and it took nearly an hour for something that should take half an hour or less!!!
