To whom it may concern, Thanks to Lee who answered 0800 number at products, he asked me just looked at the products description while I was confused by "(10) on the product name along with confusing photo. I asked 10 meaning number of packs or brushes. I wish to write to share my appreciation for his inpatient, I was going to order 3 Apicare products with this interdental brushes but decided not to due to the weird morning impatient attitude. Thanks for LEE for saving me an trade costing my money as well as temper dumping approach. Imagine what sort of assistance you would receive after the purchase. I went to this chemist to specifically buy Wavertree & London soaps. I had found them online at a really good price and then rung the chemist to make sure they had them in stock. When I got to the chemist the owner was very helpful and asked me if I was the person that had called. I ended up buying a few more than I intended because it was such a great shop. They have loads of really unique things at really good prices and I had no difficulty getting a park right outside.
I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I booked a vaccination appointment for Saturday, but when I arrived, I was told that no one was available to administer it. My appointment was scheduled close to their closing time, yet no one bothered to call me in advance to cancel. Additionally, during my previous visit, the young Asian female staff member who administered my vaccine was extremely rough. She injected the vaccine very quickly, causing prolonged pain after I got home. Since they couldnβt give me the vaccine this time, I went to the Woolworths clinic instead. Their staff were incredibly professional and kind, and the injection was done gently. For the first time, I was actually able to lift my arm after getting vaccinated. I wonβt be coming back to this clinic again.
Amazing, friendly customer service helping me with a delivery - my error on the order - but the team got a new product out to me pronto. The product is awesome - Bbox lunchbox already saving me loads of time as its easy to wash and assemble. Thanks guys!

The staffs are super friendly. They went above and beyond to get my prescription issue sorted and delivered medication on time. My husband had similar experience with them too. Kudos to your customer service.
I don't actually have the words to describe how good and professional they are. Always smiling and goes out of their way to help you out. Even dropped off my medicines a couple of times to my place, once in the Lockdown as well...
